We kickoff with a Pilates infused yoga session with Jen Williams as we concentrate on our core, abdominals, and lower back. Then, for the second half of class, we settle into a restorative session with a handful of gentle but deeply opening, long held poses.

Please bring your own mat!

Arrive 5-10 minutes early

This is a judgment-free yoga community. All-levels, drop-in classes. Sliding-scale pricing. All are welcome.
