Our focus is simple: thoughtfully made food, exceptional coffee, home grown sourdoughs, and a new generation of ciders, kombuchas, and craft non-alcoholic beverages. Many of the ingredients will come from farms and orchards in the surrounding Adirondack communities, including fruit grown just up the hill at Blood Hill Orchard.
We believe cafés can be small civic spaces — places where ideas are exchanged, friendships are formed, and a community has room to breathe.
