Have you seen those large, white X's around Elizabethtown lately?
There has been much speculation about the origin of these mysterious "white X's" seen in Elizabethtown lately. The answer was unknown to even our Supervisor, Cathleen Reusser, until very recently.
They are reference points for an aerial survey currently being conducted. This is in coordination with our Capital Water Project and the Capital Wastewater Project that are being diligently worked on. The X's have been placed and will need to be in their designated place for a few weeks. They will then be removed.
