To celebrate the launch, the community is invited to a public gathering on Thursday, June 18, 2026, from 5:30 - 8:00 PM at Counter Space, located at 7567 Court Street, Elizabethtown. The evening will include live music by the PondeRz, appetizers from local businesses, cookies from Jenny’s Bakery, giveaways, prize drawings, and a brief presentation at 6:15 PM sharing the story behind the project.

We would appreciate if you could RSVP by June 10th but walk ins are welcomed.

Centered around the message “Hometown of the Adirondacks,” the new website reflects the people, partnerships, and sense of place that make Elizabethtown unique. Now live at elizabethtown-ny.gov, the site brings together municipal information, local events, business resources, community organizations, and opportunities to experience the area’s arts, history, culture, and outdoor recreation.

The project was built through a collaborative effort involving the Town of Elizabethtown, the Elizabethtown Social Center, the Northern Forest Center, the Regional Office of Sustainable Tourism, and community volunteers who shared ideas, stories, and feedback throughout the process.
