Rise of the Phoenix - Thistle Tulla Carson The Jazz Singer with Special Guest Andy Tompkins 7 - 8:30 PM

Thistle Tulla Carson, originally hails from Essex County New York. She has been singing The Jazz Standards professionally for 30 years, from Seattle to New Mexico, from Arizona to Colorado, Vermont, and New York, from England to France, from Scotland to Germany, and in many a tropical paradise. Accompanist Andy Tomkins(a former Berkely scholar), will be accompanying her on jazz guitar. Enjoy a summer evening filled with familiar melodies, intimate harmonies, passion, romance and high vibrations. Thistle’s Jazz CDs will be available for purchase at the performance and a percentage of the profits will be donated to The Prevention Team of Essex County to assist in further programs which will serve our community of Sober Active Recovery in The Adirondacks.
